Welcome to HouseJester ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the HouseJester website and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
HouseJester is a directory platform connecting consumers with furniture retailers, interior designers, and home improvement specialists across the United Kingdom. We provide:
HouseJester acts solely as an intermediary platform. We do not provide furniture, design services, or other products directly.

All submitted listings undergo review before publication. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that violates these Terms or our content guidelines.
HouseJester Plus is a recurring annual subscription priced at £29 per year in GBP, including VAT. There is no monthly plan.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment information is handled directly by our payment processor and not stored on our servers.
Subscriptions automatically renew annually unless cancelled before the next renewal date shown in the billing portal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
Refunds are provided only in the following circumstances:
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge.
A free profile does not require a reciprocal backlink. It may be claimed, reviewed and corrected without payment. The free profile:
Plus features remain available while the annual subscription is active. Website links are labelled as sponsored. If Plus ends, the profile returns to the free feature set at the end of the paid billing period.

The Platform's design, code, text, graphics, and other content (excluding user submissions) are owned by HouseJester and protected by intellectual property laws.
By submitting content (listings, images, reviews), you grant HouseJester a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the Platform.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, contact us immediately with details of the alleged infringement.
We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or technical issues.
We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of services provided by businesses listed on the Platform. Users contract directly with listed businesses.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time for:
Upon termination, your listings will be removed, and any prepaid fees are non-refundable.
We encourage users to contact us first to resolve disputes informally.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or Platform announcement. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
